My Own Guitar
Thursday night we all went to Elderly Instruments in Old Town to "look at" guitars for me. Then we bought one.
We were already a five guitar family (two acoustics, an electric, a backpacker, and an electric bass) even though my husband was the only one who played. There's a story for each of them, and in fact two of them I bought for him as gifts. But none of them are mine and, for various reasons, aren't ideal for me to play.
This is my guitar. An acoustic-electric with a thin body, light strings, and a pretty stylish look.
I'm still thinking about a name for her. Any ideas? Read more...
